2. Available steel gardes:

SAE/AISI	1020, 1026, 1518, 1045, 4130, 4140, 4145, 4340
EN	E355, C45E, 25CrMo4, 42CrMo4, CK45, S45C
DIN	ST52

3. Delivery Condition: As rolled, Induction Hardened, Qneuched+Tempered.

4. Machining & turning: as per drawings.

5. Hard chrome plating: standard thickness can be 20-30 microns, as per customer's requirement.

6. Hardness of chromed layer: HV800 min.

7. Diameter tolerance: ISO f7 or f8, as per customer's requirement.

8. Surface roughness: Ra0.25um max or Ra0.4um max at the option of the buyer.

9. Standard export packing: By plywood boxes

10. Customized packing or marking are available upon request.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. MOQ: Generally MOQ can be 2-3 tons/size for tubes with OD below 250mm, and 5 tons/size for tubes with OD above 250mm for regular steel grades like ST52, E355, STKM 13C,1026. If special grades like E410, E470 or alloy steel tube, MOQ should be 5 tons/size whichever size you need.

2. Delivery Time: 20-40 days depending on the steel grade and size.

3. Warranty & Guarantee: Warranty & guarantee period is 6 months since we deliver the tubes, and we are not responsible for quality problem caused by wrong unloading or storage after shipment. Third party or customer's inspection before shipment is welcome.

4. Payment Method: Flexible payment method like T/T, L/C,D/P are available depending on our evaluation.

5. Quality Control: We use raw material with cylinder quality from leading steel mills. We have advanced production and inspection facilities in house to control the quality.

Packing & delivery

We have established strict quality control circle covering raw material receipt, in-production inspection, and finished product control, and inspection&test records will be kept in our management system.

Packaging

For each piece of tube we delivered, Mill Test Certificate will be issued, and quality guarantee will be given. We give a period of 1-3 months for claim of quality dispute and problems after cargo receipt, depending on actual situation.
