Since 1998, Changzhou Chengxin Metal Products Co., Ltd is focusing on manufacturing of steel pipes&tubes. Started as an ERW steel tube manufacturer, we have built our brands of small and medium size ERW steel tubes in Jiangsu Province. With market and demand change as well as technology improvement, we are devoting ourselves to precision tube manufacturing since 2006.

Covering an area of about 32000M² with building area of 22000M², we are proud to introduce ourselves as an experienced tube solution provider and reliable partner for various industrial application like hydraulic cylinder, automotive, machinery, etc.

Two sections are involved here: Cold drawn steel tubes and ERW steel tubes. Till now, we have now been a manufacturers of hydraulic cold drawn steel tubes with capacity of 25000 tons and ERW steel tubes with capacity of 15000 Tons.

The section of cold drawn steel tubes consists of two advanced hydraulic cold drawing benches(300 tons’ power and 250 tons’ power), 3 heat treating furnaces, 4 honing machines and 2 skiving&roller burnishing machines, we are able to manufacture and supply tubes with big size range from 50mm to 325mm in OD and various steel grades covering carbon steel, carbon-Manganese steel, and chrome-molybdenum steel.

The section of ERW steel tubes consists of 2 ERW mills including one high precision ERW steel tube mill. Here,you can find carbon steel and carbon-manganese steel ERW steel tubes with round, square, rectangular, oval shape and bright&smooth or black surface from 8mm to 70mm in OD. Especially, the 3 chain cold drawing benches enables to us to manufacture cold drawn ERW steel tubes for our customers.

Raw Material With High Quality

We use high quality raw material from leading manufacturers like Citic Steel, China Resources, and Hengyang Valin, whose raw material have a refining process to ensure the purity of steel and is detected by ultrasonic and magnetic flux leakage system. Chemical composition and mechanical properties are strictly ensured as per relevant standard specification. Size and tolerance, especially the wall thickness tolerance/concentricity is also well controlled.

Abundant Stock of Raw Material

Based on actual situation of orders and requirement of main customers, we keep regular stock of raw material with size(OD) of 89mm-245mm and steel grade covering ST52,E355,STKM 13C, AISI 1026,AISI 1045,C45E,CK45, which covers regular usage for most of our customers. In contrast with booking raw material with MOQ, it brings us much flexibility as we can not only deal with small quantity orders but also ensure fast delivery. We believe this will improve customer’s experience of purchase fundamentally.

Strict Production Management And Quality Control

We have established strict quality control circle covering raw material receipt, in-production inspection,and finished product control, and inspection&test records will be kept in our management system. Any quality dispute or problem will be immediately reported and handled internally.

Advanced Production&Inspection Facilities

Advanced production and inspection facilities cane ensure the stability of continuous production. With automatic cutting, the length tolerance can be controlled within 1mm, and cut straightness can be controlled within 0.5mm. With the skiving&roller burnishing machine with burnishing length of 9 meters max and appropriate machining allowance, the ID tolerance and bore roughness after skiving&roller burnishing can be perfectly controlled. With multiple roller straightening machine, the straightness can be easily controlled within 1mm/1000mm max. With ultrasonic and eddy current NDT system, the damages and imperfections lies on surface or deep inside the tube can be detected.

Research & Development

We keep investing in research and development on both technology and new products in the past years. New production device like press machines have been created and improved, new patents have been applied, and new products like cold drawn shaped tubes have been developed.

Variety of customized services

We know the key to win the market and customers is to provide accurate solution to customers’ requirements, but not providing what we manufacture only. In addition to steel tube we produce, we also provide services like OD machining, OD polishing, ID honing or skiving&roller burnishing, initial CNC turning.

Guarantee & Warranty

For each piece of tube we delivered, Mill Test Certificate will be issued, and quality guarantee will be given. We give a period of 1-3 months for claim of quality dispute and problems after cargo receipt, depending on actual situation.
