As a specialized manufacturer of hydraulic cylinder barrels, we provide premium precision skived tubes. Depending on your system's required internal surface hardness and smoothness, you can choose between traditional honed tubes or advanced skived rolling burnished honed tubes.
While standard honing provides a roughness of Ra 0.1μm – 0.35μm without altering surface hardness, our burnished honed tube (Skived & Roller Burnished / SRB) process delivers a superior roughness of Ra 0.05μm – 0.20μm. The roller burnishing procedure also introduces beneficial internal stress, significantly increasing the internal surface hardness for heavy-duty applications.

Size Range Coverage: We manufacture tubes covering a vast range of standard sizes from OD 33mm to 325mm (and ID 25mm to 280mm). Custom dimensions can be engineered upon request.

MOQ: Generally 2-3 tons/size for OD below 250mm, and 5 tons/size for OD above 250mm (for regular grades like ST52, E355, STKM 13C, 1026). Special grades (E410, E470) require a 5 tons/size MOQ.
Delivery Time: 20-40 days depending on the steel grade and order size.
Warranty: 6 months guarantee since delivery. Third-party or customer pre-shipment inspections are welcome.
Additional Services: OD machining, polishing, and CNC turning as per drawing can be negotiated for supply.
