Used in medium to high-pressure applications, available in ST52, E355, SAE 1026, and alloy grades such as 4140 and 25CrMo4.

• Regular stock of quality raw material from leading mills. Fine melting of raw material ensures the purity of steel, hence surface perfection after ID deep hole boring, honing or skiving&roller burnishing.
• Advanced skiving&roller burnishing machine up to 9 meters. This ensures consistent internal surface, ID tolerance, as well as bore roughness. Automatic blade sawing machine that ensures cut squareness within 0.5mm.
• Automatic blade sawing machine controls the cut squareness within 0.5mm.
• Value added service like OD polishing is available.
• Customized services like OD machining or CNC turning are available.
