Q1: What’s the MOQ?
A: For carbon steel grades like SAE 1518 or 1524, minimum is 3–5 tons/size. For alloy grades, MOQ is 10–20 tons/size.
Q2: What’s the typical delivery time?
A: 20–30 days for SAE 1518/1524; 30–50 days for alloy grades depending on stock and quantity.
Q3: What’s your warranty policy?
A: 6-month warranty after delivery. We recommend customer inspection before shipment. Improper handling after delivery is not covered.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T, L/C, D/P depending on customer credit history and region.
Q5: How do you ensure product quality?
A: Strict raw material inspection, process QC, and final testing. Every order is traceable with test reports available.

For each piece of tube we delivered, Mill Test Certificate will be issued, and quality guarantee will be given. We give a period of 1-3 months for claim of quality dispute and problems after cargo receipt, depending on actual situation.
