1. Description: Our E355 pre honed tube, also widely named as a ready to hone tube, is a high-precision E355 steel tube with an internal diameter (ID) suitable for final honing. It can be supplied as cold drawn or hot rolled to meet your specific hydraulic cylinder manufacturing needs.

7. ID Tolerance & Allowance: Given by customer. We typically suggest -0.3mm/-0.5mm for final honing, and -0.6mm/-0.9mm for skiving & roller burnishing depending on the length of the E355 tube.
8. End Finish: Plain ends with square cuts, free of burrs for honed tubes. Slightly bevelled ends for skived & roller burnished tubes.
9. Standard Export Packing: In bundles tied with steel strips. Internal & external oil coating. End plastic caps. External packing by PVC bags and knit bags.
10. Customization: Customized packing and marking can be provided upon request.
11. Other Services: Value-added services cover but are not limited to CNC turning, chrome plating, ID honing, skiving & roller burnishing, and OD polished machining which can be negotiated for supply.
1. MOQ: Generally MOQ can be 2-3 tons/size for tubes with OD below 250mm, and 5 tons/size for tubes with OD above 250mm for regular steel grades like ST52, E355, STKM 13C, 1026. If special grades like E410, E470 or alloy steel tubes are required, MOQ should be 5 tons/size whichever size you need.
2. Delivery Time: 20-40 days depending on the specific steel grade and size of the tube.
3. Warranty & Guarantee: The warranty & guarantee period is 6 months since we deliver the tubes. We are not responsible for quality problems caused by wrong unloading or storage after shipment. Third-party or customer's inspection before shipment is welcome.
4. Payment Method: Flexible payment methods like T/T, L/C, D/P are available depending on our evaluation.
5. Quality Control: We use raw material with cylinder quality from leading steel mills. We have advanced production and inspection facilities in-house to strictly control the quality.
