Piston rods are classified as solid piston rods and hollow piston rods. Solid piston rods are made from hard chromed plated steel bars with welding and CNC turning, while hollow piston rods are made from seamless pipes/tubes.

Customization
In addition to steel tube we produce, we also provide services like OD machining, OD polishing, ID honing or skiving&roller burnishing, initial CNC turning.
We have established strict quality control circle covering raw material receipt, in-production inspection, and finished product control, and inspection&test records will be kept in our management system.
Packaging
For each piece of tube we delivered, Mill Test Certificate will be issued, and quality guarantee will be given. We give a period of 1-3 months for claim of quality dispute and problems after cargo receipt, depending on actual situation.
